I just came across this site recently whilst wilfing on the job (don’t worry it may sound rude but it is not I assure you). Anyway if you need a logo at a very reasonable price then this seems like a good idea. You enter the max you are willing to pay for the ‘prize’ in USD then artists from all over the world will come up with designs in accordance with your brief.
Strictly speaking it’s very unfair for the artists, since if their work is not chosen they will not get paid. I enjoy dabbling in a bit of branding myself and admit that many of these designers are better at branding than I am. I just can’t risk not getting paid - now that I’ve got a little family to feed.
