Overcharged

I love PayPal it's by far the easiest and fastest way to pay for anything on the interweb. I got a funny email from them - see it below. PayPal
 
Dear Mark Law, During a recent review of our records, we discovered that the fee charged on some credit card funded payments to your PayPal Personal account in the period from October 2006 and February 2007 was overcharged. We have corrected our systems so that this will not occur again. The fee charged on domestic payments was overcharged by $0.10c. The fee charged on cross border was overcharged by 1%. We will credit your account in the next few days with a payment that represents a refund to you of the difference between the fees charged and the correct fee. We apologise for this error.
