Hi people, yes I have finally found a good bit of screen recording software for the Mac since a client needed me to make a little screencast. The software is called "iShowU", you can find it here: www.shinywhitebox.com and it only costs $20 USD!. It's great to see such a pro app that is affordable for the great unwashed. For the more techie amongst you I recorded the screen cast in HDV 720p with a custom audio setting - Linear PCM - Little Endian compression, 48,000 khz, 2 channels. I did this so I could edit it without having to render in Final Cut Pro. Then I exported it using Flash Video Encoder. At 600px wide using the Flash default 'medium' broadband quality.
