This was the ultimate in smooth work flow. The client already had a working e-Commerce site but was unhappy with how hard it was to manage and with it's basic look and feel. She sent me some professionally designed characters and a logo in an editable format. She then just left the web design and development up to the web designer and developer and ended up a very happy client with a very low cost but pro e-Commerce solution.
I added a few online video tutorials custom made for the client on how to manage the website. When the clients logs in a secret menu appears with links to restricted areas on the site with video tutorials. This saves a lot of time and is far easier and more fun for the client than using a manual, being trained in person or having emailed instructions. It also works out quicker and cheaper to.
