Here is my "pièce de résistance", three months in the making. This is a fully fledged eCommerce website secured by SSL security. The site is fully updatable by the client 24/7, from adding new products to changing the 'static' content.
It is total re-launch of their old website that was experiencing technical difficulties. It is the primary source of income for the company so it is critical to their continued success in the wetsuit market.
The website runs on the Joomla content management system and uses VirtueMart as the shopping cart. It has a custom shipping module and three payment methods - credit card, direct bank deposit and of course PayPal.
The 'urls' are all 'search engine friendly' due to the wonderful component 'SEF Advance'.
The client also hopes to convert it into seven different languages and multiple currencies! Which of course is not a problem for Joomla.
The site has been copied and pasted into Word in preparation for translation, it's a 550 page Word document! Quite a lot of content!
